Sisters of Mercy Brisbane Congregation gathered for their Advent Ritual at Mercy Place, Bardon.  As the Sisters gathered in prayer, candles were lit we are called continually into the beauty of God’s creation, out of darkness into God’s marvellous light.  Remembering, we light this candle, symbol of Christ present among us.  A copy of the ritual can be accessed through the link below.

This year the Sisters responded to call from the Romero Centre to provide food for the four hundred families that are receiving support through the Romero Centre.  The staff of the Congregation Office generously provided gifts for the fifty-three children identified by Romero Centre.
